After-Hours Cheerleading Event to Take Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom on April 29

Guests visiting Walt Disney World in the coming days should keep in mind that the resort will host the Cheerleading & Dance World Championship through Wednesday, May 1. While the majority of the events are scheduled to take place at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, an after-hours "Celebration Party" will take place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park next week.

This exclusive event will take place on Monday, April 29 from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and participants will be given a wristband before the party officially begins (event tickets will not be available for purchase at the gate). Most of the attractions will be available to participating Guests during the event, with the exception of offerings involving animals (such as Kilimanjaro Safaris and most of the trails).
