Hey Disney! Service Now Available in ALL Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Rooms

Last week, the Walt Disney World Resort celebrated a significant milestone as every Guest staying in its more than 28,000 hotel rooms now has access to the (complimentary) Hey Disney! service.

Using Alexa technology for supported Echo devices, this first-of-its-kind digital voice assistant brings Disney characters and stories to life and allows Guests to ask all the useful questions – weather forecasts, set timers, and alarms, etc. – and get answers from more than 25 popular characters including Mickey Mouse, Olaf, Rocket, Groot, Princess Tiana, and many more.

At Disney Resort hotels, Guests can use “Hey Disney!” to learn helpful information about their vacation, order room amenities, and more. Wondering when the next bus to EPCOT leaves or need to request more towels for your room? Just ask the Disney Magical Companion, a new character who will interact with you via “Hey Disney!”
