Best Friends Pet Hotel Pick-up and Drop-Off Program Expands to Additional Resorts

Last year, the Walt Disney World Resort introduced a new program for pick-up and drop-off service for Best Friends Pet Hotel, which was initially only available at Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. After a successful pilot, the program was made permanent on January 15, 2024 and was expanded to also include Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.

For a $25 transportation fee, owners can request pick-up and drop-off transportation for their pup through Best Friends when they book their service(s). Dogs must be up to date on their vaccine requirements and owners must provide a leash and a collar or harness so the Best Friends team can safely transport their pet.
