Leaders of Disney's Animal Kingdom Prepare Time Capsule to be Opened in 2048

Earlier this year, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park celebrated a very important milestone - its 25th anniversary. Recently, some of the park's leaders came together to commemorate this historic moment in time by preparing a time capsule recognizing the amazing Cast Members who left their mark on this park’s rich history.  

This time capsule (which will be opened on April 22, 2048, the park's 50th anniversary) is filled with keepsakes and mementos that represent all the areas in the park. Walt Disney World hopes that the Cast Members of the future will enjoy looking back at such memories showcasing the heart and soul of this beloved theme park and - most of all - the incredible Cast Members who go above and beyond to make a difference for Guests each and every day!
