Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges Closing for Month-Long Refurbishment Early Next Year
Universal Orlando Resort recently announced that Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges will be temporarily closed for routine refurbishment from February 5 to March 8, 2024 at Universal Islands of Adventure. The attraction is currently expected to reopen to park Guests on March 9, 2024.
