Bridget Gall Promoted to Role of Merchandise General Manager at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The Walt Disney World Resort recently announced that Bridget Gall has been promoted to the role of General Manager, Merchandise at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. She will be reporting to Sarah Riles, VP of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In her new role, Bridget will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management of Merchandise operations across the park.

Bridget has more than 30 years of operations experience at the Walt Disney World Resort and has led a variety of businesses including Merchandise, Custodial, Entertainment, and Park Operations. Most recently, Bridget was Sr. Manager of Park Operations at the Magic Kingdom, where she led the re-opening of Magic Kingdom Custodial and Park Duty operations.

Bridget’s focus on developing others and on fostering an inclusive culture has made a positive impact on both the businesses and the teams that she has led.
