Kali River Rapids Officially Reopens to Guests After Refurbishment at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Beginning today (Monday, February 27), Guests visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park can once again skim across erupting geysers, drift below a canopy of lush vegetation, and be whisked along fast-moving rapids in the heart of Asia on Kali River Rapids!

The attraction closed on January 9, 2023 due to regularly scheduled maintenance and was originally expected to reopen to Guests on March 17.

Guests can purchase Lightning Lane entry for this attraction through the My Disney Experience app. As a reminder, Lightning Lane purchases are limited in availability, subject to change, vary by date, and may not be available on the date of visit.
