Feature Pool of Disney's Contemporary Resort Closing for Refurbishment Starting Jan. 9, 2023

In an effort to continually enhance the Guest experience at Walt Disney World Resort, the Contemporary Feature Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be unavailable from January 9, 2023 through early April 2023 to undergo maintenance work.

While the feature pool, slide, and spa will close during this scheduled maintenance, the snack bar, leisure pool, and interactive water feature will remain open for Guests to enjoy.

During this time, it is possible that Guests may see or hear construction, but noise should not be heard from Guest rooms between dusk and 9 a.m. As an alternative, Guests staying at this Disney Resort hotel may enjoy the Bay Pool at the Contemporary Resort.
