Walt Disney World Resort Modifies Same-Day Cancellation Policy for Dining Reservations
To give Guests more flexibility during their Disney vacations, the Walt Disney World Resort updated its dining reservations policy to allow Guests to cancel their dining reservations up to two hours in advance of their scheduled time at most locations without being charged a cancellation fee.
All Guests need to do is go into their My Disney Experience app or on to DisneyWorld.com and click the cancellation button up to two hours prior to their scheduled time to cancel free of charge. If they fail to cancel by then or are a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged a $10 fee per person.
Please note there are some exclusions. This dining policy does not apply to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Victoria & Albert’s, and Monsieur Paul. Each of these venues have their own dining cancellation policies that remain as is.

No. This policy only applies to most dining reservations.
What are the dining cancellation policies for Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Victoria & Albert's, and Monsieur Paul?
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue requires cancellation up to 24-hours prior. Victoria & Albert' requires cancellation up to 5 days prior to avoid a $100-per-person cancellation fee. Monsieur Paul requires cancellation up to 72-hours to avoid a $100-per-person cancellation fee.
Are there any exceptions in which we would waive a cancellation fee if a Guest did not cancel within the two-hour window?
Yes. We will work with Guests that have valid reasons for last-minute cancellations such as medical attention, family emergencies, and major transportation delays on a case-by-case basis.
