Kennedy Space Center Update: Touring the New Gateway Attraction & More (PART 1)
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a very underrated attraction that has a lot to offer. While the complex is located outside the Orlando area (it takes approximately one hour by car), it is undoubtedly worth visiting thanks to its immersive exhibits, interactive museums, imaginative attractions, and more.
Today, we will take a closer look at most of its offerings, highlighting some of our favorites. Let's begin our tour:
The Rocket Garden acts as the main entrance of the complex:

One of the most interesting features of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is the bus tour. This attraction was definitely the highlight of our visit, just like the Studio Tour was our favorite feature of Universal Studios Hollywood:
While on the bus, Guests can get a glimpse of the VAB (Vehicle Assembly Building), which is usually off-limits to visitors:
Once the bus stops, Guests are given the chance to visit the Apollo/Saturn V Center. An elaborate pre-show serves as the introduction to this amazing attraction, which includes a variety of exhibits:
The scale of the Saturn V is hard to convey through photos. This is actually the largest rocket ever flown!:
