Walt Disney World Transportation Services Temporarily Stop Operating Due to Hurricane Ian
Walt Disney World is reminding Guests that most transportation systems around the resort (including monorails, watercraft, buses, and the Disney Skyliner system) stopped operating yesterday night after Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World theme parks closed for the day. As of now, most of these transportation services are expected to resume operations on Friday, September 30 (of course, inclement weather conditions may further impact this schedule).
Limited Minnie Van service was available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests with existing breakfast reservations until 10:45 a.m. this morning. Minnie Vans are also temporarily unavailable at this time. Disney hotels are now using local resources to assist Guests with dining reservations that need to head back to their resort.
