Unique Dishes and Entertainment Inspired by Hispanic Heritage Debut at Disney Springs
Disney Springs recently announced that the popular entertainment district will be honoring Hispanic and Latin American heritage through October 15, offering authentic dishes, experiences, and entertainment, including the following:
FOOD & BEVERAGE OFFERINGS:
Flancocho – Amorette’s Patisserie
Chef Yoly’s version of this dessert from Puerto Rico consists of a caramel flan and rich chocolate cake, garnished with Amorette’s chocolate disk, dried strawberry, meringue and macaron.
Encanto Petit Cake – Amorette’s Patisserie
Inspired by Disney’s Encanto, this cake is made of vanilla chiffon cake, mango mousse, raspberry mousse and white chocolate crisp pearls.
Tripleta Burger – D-Luxe Burger
A signature deluxe patty with ham, pork belly, fried potato sticks, lettuce, tomato and tomato aioli.
Poutine de Pastelón – The Daily Poutine
Crispy fries, fried sweet plantain, sofrito ground beef, cheddar cheese, chive, crispy, garlic aioli and crispy plantain garnish.
Bitter Barkeep Pisco Sour – Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Barsol Quebranta Pisco, simple syrup and lime juice.
Featured Local Food Truck
At Disney Springs West Side, Guests can enjoy local flavors from our featured visiting food truck, Cilantro Urban Eatery. Owned and operated in Orlando by Chef Juan Nessi and Carolina Medina, their food truck celebrates Latin American food offering a varied menu that includes arepas, Ropa Vieja, tostones and tostadas. You’ll find them in Exposition Park on Monday-Thursday from 5 p.m.-10:30 p.m., Friday 3 p.m.-11:30 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m.-11:30 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m.-10:30 p.m. (schedule subject to change.)
ENTERTAINMENT
Guests can dance to Latin beats at our Miércoles Mágicos (Magical Wednesdays) with live performances by La Calle — a Latin Pop band featuring a high-energy interactive show.
