PHOTOS: Journey of Water Area and CommuniCore Hall Continue to Take Shape at EPCOT

While the center of EPCOT (now known as World Celebration) has been surrounded by construction walls for well over two years now, we are glad to report that there has been some noticeable progress in this area of the park, particularly in the future sites of the CommuniCore Hall and Journey of Water - Inspired by Moana.

Let's take a closer look at the area from above. As you will see, a portion of the CommuniCore Hall has gone vertical:

 

Notice the large structure on the left side:

 

That appears to be part of the new CommuniCore Hall building:

 

We are now moving on to the Journey of Water - Inspired by Moana area:

 

Notice the intricate rockwork and the faux moss:

 

There's still a lot of work to be done:
