Roof Pressure Washing to Be Performed at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort Starting August 10

Guests staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa should be aware that an upcoming roof pressure washing project will impact select areas of the hotel starting August 10, 2022. The project is expected to last 7 days.

The work will take place following this schedule (subject to change without notice due to inclement weather):

• Lift staging the night of August 10 and the morning of August 11
• August 11– 16: Work to be performed from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the DVC Villas
• August 17: Work to be performed from 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. at the DVC Villas
• August 18-19: Work to be performed from 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. by the covered walkway between the main building and the DVC Villas.
• August 20-21: Work to be performed from 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. by the Spa/Fitness Center (this will impact Polynesian Guests as well for the Fitness Center).
