New Car Locator Feature Coming Soon to My Disney Experience App

A new, complimentary car locator feature will be launching in the My Disney Experience app to help guests find their car in select Walt Disney World Resort parking lots. The feature, presented by State Farm, will first launch at Walt Disney World Resort later this summer and will be available at Disneyland Resort before the end of the year.

Here's a list of the Walt Disney World location where Guests will be able to take advantage of this new feature:

• Magic Kingdom Park
• EPCOT
• Disney's Hollywood Studios
• Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
• Disney Springs area
• Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
• Blizzard Beach Water Park
• ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

Guests who have enabled location services in their My Disney Experience app will be able to save their parking location within the app automatically. Guests who have not activated this setting may manually input their parking location by selecting the park, lot or garage, and the row in which they are parked.

How to set up the car locator feature:

1. Download the My Disney Experience app and create an account if you don't already have one. 
2. Open the app and tap the car locator card on the home screen or use the burger menu (☰).
3. After that, follow the prompts to enter your parking information. 

When you're ready to leave, return to car locator in the My Disney Experience app for your parking information. If you've enabled notifications, the My Disney Experience app will send you a notification reminder.
