Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic Event to Take Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom on July 26

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park will host the Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic event on Tuesday, July 26 from 9 p.m. to midnight. Attendees will be able to check-in starting at 6 p.m. and will begin joining day Guests at 7 p.m. (event attendees who wish to enter the park prior to the 7 p.m. mix-in will need to have valid theme park admission tickets and park reservations). 

Here you are additional details about this event (please, note that a reservation is required to attend, and this event is sold out):

• The park will close at 8 p.m. for day Guests. 
• In-park check-in will be at the DVC kiosk on the Pandora bridge.  
• Members and their Guests will receive wristbands in order to stay for the event.  

Transportation & parking: 

• Complimentary parking will be available starting at 6 p.m. 
• Event attendees can use Walt Disney World Buses to and from Disney Resort Hotels.

• Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
• Na’vi River Journey
• TriceraTop Spin
• It’s Tough to be a Bug!
• Fossil Fun Games (two tickets per event attendee, distributed at park check-in, valid for use starting at 9 p.m.)

• DJ Dance Party in DinoLand U.S.A., includes Daisy, Chip ‘n’ Dale 
• Viva Gaia Street Band! And other musicians, Intermittently on the Discovery Island stage 
• Tree of Life Awakenings/ Beacons of Magic, intermittently

Available Food & Beverage:

• Each event attendee will receive 3 certificates: one for a snack or popcorn bucket and the other two for snacks only. 
• Certificates will be accepted starting at 7 p.m. 
• Redemption locations and times are listed on each certificate.
• Some snack exceptions apply and are noted on the certificate.
• Complimentary ice cream is available from 9 p.m. to midnight.  

 

Food items will be available for purchase at all open food locations except for Creature Comforts, Pizzafari, and Mahindi. Chester’s & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures is the only merchandise location open during the event.
