Animal Kingdom Update: Tour of Rafiki's Planet Watch, Interacting with Kevin, & More (PART 2)
Thank you very much for joining us for part 2 of this Animal Kingdom photo-report. Let's continue our tour of Rafiki's Planet Watch by heading to Conservation Station and the neighboring Affection Station (also known as the park's petting zoo):
In the Affection Station, Guests of all ages can interact with farm animals:
The small stage located nearby is rarely used nowadays:
Conservation Station features the popular Animation Experience as well as the animal hospital:
On certain dates, Guests could see crews filming for future National Geographic documentaries:
The former Out of the Wild shop located near the exit of Conservation Station was removed earlier this year:
The area was transformed into a Guest decompression zone, featuring shaded seating and vending machines offering a variety of bottled beverages, pre-packaged snacks, and limited sundry items:
