Walt Disney World Resort Hotels to Participate in the "World's Largest Swimming Lesson" on June 23
Walt Disney World recently confirmed that select on-site resorts will participate in the World's Largest Swimming Lesson on Thursday, June 23, offering select Guests the opportunity to enjoy this experience alongside those at aquatic centers, water parks and pools around the globe.
Led by a Walt Disney World Cast Member, Guests will learn important water competency and safety skills while taking part in this unique offering. Guests staying at the following Disney Resort hotels are invited to participate:
- Disney's All-Star Movies Resort Guests can participate at the Fantasia Pool
- Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Guests can participate at the Lava Pool
- Disney's Pop Century Resort Guests can participate at the Computer Pool
- Disney's Wilderness Lodge Guests can participate at the Copper Creek Springs Pool
- Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort Guests can participate at Stormalong Bay
Registration for Guests staying at the above resorts will begin at 8:45 a.m., and the lesson will begin promptly at 9 a.m. Capacity will be limited, so Guests should arrive early to secure their spot. Guests may visit www.wlsl.org for more information about the global event.
