Boating School Officially Reopens With a New Name and Refreshed Look at LEGOLAND Florida
Just a few days ago, the popular Boating School attraction officially reopened to Guests at LEGOLAND Florida featuring a new name ("Coast Guard Academy") and an updated look. Located in the LEGO City themed area of the park, the ride allows young Guests to drive a boat through a small canal featuring themed props and colorful obstacles.
Here's how the park describes the attraction on its official website:
Coast Guard Academy
Your help is needed, Skippers! Join the Coast Guard and patrol the Wharf -- you never know when someone’s going to need your help! Take the wheel of a battery powered boat and steer a careful course around waterways avoiding various obstacles.
Guests must be at least 34 inches tall to ride. Guests less than 52 inches tall must be accompanied by a supervising companion (a guest 14 years of age or older, who understands rider instructions, can assist other guests complying with rider instructions, and meets all ridership requirements to ride by themselves).
