Spyglass Grill Reopening to Guests on April 14 At Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

The Walt Disney World Resort recently confirmed that the Spyglass Grill restaurant (located in the Trinidad Village at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort) will welcome back Guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning April 14, 2022.

With a patio overlooking Barefoot Bay, Spyglass Grill serves up American fare with a Caribbean twist for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can enjoy bold flavors of the islands with signature dishes like:

• The Mojo Pork Tacos topped with pickled vegetable slaw, cotija cheese, cilantro-lime crema, and pico de gallo.
• The Trinidad Sunrise Yuca Bowl served with plant-based eggs over crispy yuca, black beans and topped with pico de gallo.
• Or a refreshing tropical favorite – the Guava Lemonade.
