Lost and Found Process at the Walt Disney World Resort
If you’ve misplaced something while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, you will be relieved to know that Disney's Lost and Found recovery team will provide all the necessary help to find it.
If you lost an item at…
- Any Walt Disney World theme park, Disney Springs, Transportation (including busses, monorails and watercraft), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, or Disney Water Park:
- Please fill out a lost item report, available at this link. Once you fill out the online form you will receive an email notification with your Lost Item claim number. The Lost & Found team will continue to look for the item and provide you with an email update within 48 hours. The team will contact you if the item is found or if further information is needed.
- Resort Hotels:
- Please contact the specific resort Lobby Concierge for assistance.
If you are not sure where your item was lost, please fill out a lost item report, available through this link. This will allow for Walt Disney World's own team to start looking for your lost item.
as a reminder, highly valuable items (such as wallets, purses, credit cards, prescription glasses, and cameras) are held for 90 days. Items of lesser value (such as sunglasses, hats, toys, and clothes) are held for 30 days.
