Expedition Everest Officially Reopens Tomorrow at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park

While Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain soft-opened earlier this afternoon following a lengthy refurbishment, Guests will be able to careen through the icy Himalayan peaks daily when the attraction officially reopens at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park on Saturday, April 16. 

Expedition Everest will be added to Disney Genie+ service through August 7 to provide Guests with more options during the busy spring and summer season. As a result, Lightning Lane entry will not be available as an individual, a la carte purchase at the attraction during this period.

As a a reminder, attractions with Lightning Lane entrances that are Disney Genie+ and individual purchases are limited in availability, subject to change or closure, may vary by date, are not guaranteed, and may not be available at all on the date of visit or at the time Guests make a selection.
