The EPCOT Experience to Permanently Close to Guests on March 14, 2022

The Walt Disney World Resort just confirmed that the EPCOT Experience (located in the Odyssey pavilion, between World discovery and World Showcase) will be closing its doors for good next week. Here's the official announcement:

"As we bring the next round of EPCOT transformation projects to life for our Guests, we will close Walt Disney Imagineering Presents the EPCOT Experience in the Odyssey pavilion on March 14. With its immersive show and inspirational model, The EPCOT Experience helped us debut plans for the largest transformation in our park’s history in a uniquely EPCOT way.

With the transformation now well under way, and more projects opening in the future like Journey of Water inspired by Moana, and the ongoing evolution of World Celebration, we’re looking forward to finding exciting new ways to activate Odyssey to create an excellent experience for our Guests.

Once the EPCOT Experience closes, the Odyssey pavilion will be temporarily unavailable to Guests."
