EPCOT Guest Relations Moving to Temporary Location Due to Construction Beginning March 22

As part of the ongoing transformation of the front of the park and the overarching evolution of EPCOT, the Guest Relations lobby will be temporarily relocated to support additional area development work.

Beginning March 22 and lasting for approximately four weeks, the current Guest Relations will temporarily move to the former Gift Stop location on the west side of the main entrance near the touch points. During this relocation, all existing Guest Relations services will be available in the temporary location.

The current Guest Relations Lobby will undergo a transformation of its own during this relocation. The space will be refreshed with new carpeting, paint and other enhancements.

Signage will be in place in front of the current Guest Relations lobby to help direct Guests to the temporary location.
