Walt Disney World Guests Can Now Recognize Cast Members By Name Using Mobile Cast Compliment
Walt Disney World is well under way with the 50th Anniversary celebration of resort, and throughout it, Cast Members have always continued to be the heart of it all, always going above and beyond to provide magical experiences for the millions of Guests who visit.
Since debuting with "The World's Most Magical Celebration" in October, the mobile Cast compliment feature has already generated more than 25,000 compliments, with the numbers continuing to grow every day!
Mobile Cast compliment now allows Guests the option to recognize individual Cast Members who made their visit even more magical. After a Guest selects a positive sentiment from a drop-down menu, they can enter a Cast Member's first name, hometown, and date of interaction so the Cast Member can receive a personalized recognition.
Guests can find mobile Cast compliment by searching for "cast compliment" in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

This information will be collected for leaders to celebrate with their teams. Guests can also share positive feedback about their experiences through emails and posting their photos and messages of gratitude with #CastCompliment on their social media channels.
Will Cast Members be notified when a compliment is shared about them?
Yes. Cast Members will be notified through an internal process when they receive a mobile Cast compliment. They will receive their specially created recognition based upon the sentiment selected, with a notification to their leader.
Can a compliment be matched to a Cast Member if there are misspellings to first name and hometown?
To ensure accuracy of matching the compliment to the correct Cast Member, it is important to make sure Guests are spelling the first name and hometown of the Cast Member correctly.
Can Guests write their own comments as part of the mobile Cast compliment process?
No. Guests may select from a list of common sentiments that represents what the Cast Member did to make their stay extra magical. There is not an open field for comments at this time. Guests wishing to share a more detailed account of their great experiences and positive interactions can:
