Tram Service Officially Returns to Magic Kingdom's Parking Lot

On Sunday, December 19, 2021, parking Cast Members welcomed Guests aboard the first courtesy trams to reopen at the Magic Kingdom Transportation and Ticket Center since the pandemic began in March 2020.



Before officially opening to Guests, the Parking team held a special ribbon-cutting moment to celebrate the trams’ return. Cast Members let out a cheer as they chopped the ribbon, hopping right back onto the tram to transport the first group of Guests.

Excitement was palpable in the Simba lot, as Guests driving into the lot waved at Cast Members operating the tram that would bring them to the Transportation and Ticket Center.
