Operating Hours of EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom Extended on September 26

On Saturday, September 26, the operating hours of EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park will be extended:
  • EPCOT will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (usually, the park is open until 7:00 p.m.)
  • Disney's Animal Kingdom will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (usually, the park is open until 5:00 p.m.)

    Is this change driven by an increase in attendance? I know they had planned on substantially reducing operating hours, and this looks like a positive change...
