RUMOR: Select Walt Disney World Dining Locations to Remain Open One Hour After Park Close Starting Sept. 8
As previously announced, the operating hours of Walt Disney World's four theme parks will be reduced starting September 8. Here are the updated operating hours that will be in place this fall:
- Magic Kingdom Park: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- EPCOT: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Disney's Hollywood Studios: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Due to the shorter park hours, some dining reservations will be cancelled; that being said, we have heard that select dining locations will continue to operate up to an hour after park close starting September 8. Participating venues include the following:
MAGIC KINGDOM PARK:
- Be Our Guest (open until 7 p.m.)
- Liberty Tree Tavern (open until 7 p.m.)
DISNEY'S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS:
- 50s Prime Time Cafe (open until 8 p.m.)
- Oga's Cantina (open until 8 p.m.)
- Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater (open until 8 p.m.)
Be aware that this hasn't officially been confirmed publicly by the Walt Disney World Resort, so it is to be considered a rumor at this time. Stay tuned to Orlando Theme Park News for additional news and updates.
