Disney College Program Temporarily Suspended, Current Participants to Be Sent Home
Cast Members that are currently working at the Walt Disney World Resort as part of the Disney College Program recently received an email outlining the changes that will impact them once the parks close to Guests on March 16.

According to the email, the company is closing many of the Disney Program housing complex buildings; for this reason, Disney requires affected participants to collect their belongings and depart by March 18 at 11 a.m. The Walt Disney World Resort also confirmed that the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, Disney Cultural Exchange Program, and the Disney Academic Exchange Program will be temporarily suspended starting March 16, 2020.
Disney confirmed that all Disney Program participants will continue to be paid through the end of the month and that weekly housing deductions have been waived.
