Springs' Street Tacos Food Truck Leaving Disney Springs on February 18

Guests visiting Disney Springs in the near future should keep in mind that the last day of operation for Springs’ Street Tacos (located near AMC Theaters in the West Side) will be Monday, February 17.

While this food truck will stop serving Guests on Tuesday, February 18, the Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet as well as the adjacent Mac & Cheese food trucks will continue serving Guests for the time being.

Here's the menu currently available at this location:

1. Steak Bowl - Grilled Steak with Avocado Crema, Pico de Gallo, Beans, Queso Fresco, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Radish and Lime $12.00
2. Fish Bowl - Seared White Fish with Tropical Fruit Salsa, Beans, Red Cabbage, Jalapeño, Cilantro and Lime $11.50
3. Chicken Bowl - Braised Chicken Adobo with Avocado Crema, Beans, Queso Fresco, Pico de Gallo, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Radish and Lime $11.00
4. Vegetarian Bowl - Yellow Rice, Black Beans, Roasted Corn and Peppers, Pico de Gallo, Beans, Queso Fresco, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Radish and Lime $10.50
5. Taco Combo - combine and two Tacos: Steak, Fish, Chicken or Vegetarian $9.00
6. House-made Chips and Dip - Tortilla Chips with Guacamole and Salsa
