New Menu Debuts at Confisco Grille at Universal's Islands of Adventure

Earlier this morning, the Universal Orlando Resort announced that a new menu recently debuted at Confisco Grille, the table-service restaurant located in the Port of Entry area of Universal's Islands of Adventure.

Here's the updated menu (available as of January 23, 2020). Be sure that prices are subject to change without notice:

Appetizers

Spinach and Artichoke Dip(V)- $10

Wood-oven roasted artichokes and spinach, savory cheeses, grilled baguette

Loaded Nachos  - $10

Crisp tortillas with beef and bean chili, cheddar-jack cheese, tomato-red onion salsa, shaved jalapeño, cilantro lime crema, housemade guacamole

Hummus (GF, V)- $9

Middle Eastern flavored hummus, Kalamata olives, olive oil, charred pita and lavosh

Flash Fried Calamari - $11

Semolina crusted calamari, sweet peppers, lemon-garlic aioli, marinara

Grilled Lamb Meatballs - $14

Grilled spiced lamb meatballs, tzatziki sauce, tomato-cucumber relish, feta cheese, mint chimichurri

Trader Wings(GF)- $13

Your choice of traditional buffalo, honey barbecue, or sweet and sour sauce

Chicken Quesadilla - $12

Grilled chicken, caramelized onions, cheddar-jack cheese in a chipotle tortilla, served with salsa, sour cream, housemade guacamole

Chef's Signature Pizza - $13

Prepared in our wood burning oven

Chicken Caesar Salad(GF)- $15

Grilled chicken breast, crisp romaine, Caesar dressing, pepperoncini, grilled flat bread

Classic French Onion Soup - $8

Sauteed onions in a beef broth, baked with a Parmesan crouton and topped with Swiss cheese

Sea salt roasted fingerling potatoes, zucchini, baby carrots, gochujang butter

The Confisco Burger - $16

Signature grilled 8 oz cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, challah bun. Your choice of white cheddar or pimento cheese spread.

Pork Belly Banh-Mi Sandwich - $19

Roasted pork belly, pickled carrots and daikon radish, cucumber, chile aioli, French baguette

Hearthstone Baked Chicken Sandwich - $16

Mozzarella cheese, Roma tomatoes, leaf lettuce, basil aioli, aged balsamic and focaccia baked in the wood oven

Portobello and Grilled Vegetables(V)- $15

Roasted portobello mushrooms and red peppers, caramelized onions, cucumber, spinach, hummus, balsamic glaze, rosemary focaccia

Chipotle Chicken Wrap - $15

Grilled chicken, romaine, cheddar-jack cheese, roasted corn, salsa, chipotle sour cream
