PHOTOS: Water Slide Sections Spotted in the Parking Lot of Disney's Blizzard Beach

While driving on Buena Vista Drive earlier today we noticed something interesting in the parking lot of Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. As you'll see in the following pictures, sections of a water slide were temporarily placed near the entrance of the park.

During a refurbishment, some slides may be taken apart and placed in backstage areas, but we have never seen them using the Guest parking lot for this purpose, especially since this area is still open to the public:

While we have no idea whether this is going to be a brand-new water slide for the park or if these are just replacement parts for an existing attraction (being that all the pieces appear to be straight, these could be replacement parts for Summit Plummet), we thought we would share these photos as Disney's Blizzard Beach is expected to receive at least a new addition in the near future. We will keep you informed.
