New Menu Items Debut at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs
The Indiana Jones-inspired bar recently introduced an exciting new menu to The Landing at Disney Springs. Guests can now try exotic offerings like the Tanis Tuna, a sliced Za’atar-spiced tuna loin served with hummus and topped with a chickpea, tomato, and celery salad:
The Lomo Saltado Peruvian Flank Steak is a thinly sliced grilled flank steak with piquillo peppers, pickled onions, and crispy potatoes with tamari-lime dressing and yellow pepper aïoli:
Chen’s BBQ Pork Skewer is a grilled pork belly with gojuchang pepper sauce, pickled vegetables, and cilantro served with tender bibb lettuce cups:
Lao Che’s Peppers comes with blistered shishito peppers and sesame dipping sauce:
And finally, Shishak Seared Cheese is a warm halloumi cheese served atop a bed of Mediterranean Tomato, Cucumber and Pita Chips Salad:
