SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Offering New Annual Pass Options
SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay just started offering all-new annual pass options that include a variety of new perks. Indeed, the new annual passes are now divided into four different categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (this is actually not a new tier). While the Silver annual pass includes blockout dates, the other tiers offers unlimited access to the park(s), free parking, and much more.

WOW! These prices on par with Universal which you get two parks. Way two expensive especially for SeaWorld for the product. If SeaWorld had 3 more star attractions maybe.
ReplyDeleteI'm unsure of the blockout dates for the Bronze pass? - On Seaworld's website it lists the month of March twice and gives two separate lists of dates. Also, there is no mention of 2018 - Are there no blockout dates this year ?
ReplyDeleteThe author is mistaken- it's the Bronze pass that has blockout dates. Anyway, the old system was better. Maybe not for SeaWorld's bottom line, but definitely for customers. The implication behind the added benefits is that that's ALL you're gonna get. Before, you'd get some or all of those things, plus many many more, from the monthly rewards calendar, which is now gone. On top of that, it's more expensive, and the price is only going to go up with time (that's their own guarantee, not my guess). Essentially you're paying more and getting less. I don't want to see SeaWorld lose annual pass sales, but I fear that is what will happen, and hopefully that'll make them reconsider.
