"Solo: A Star Wars Story" Buttons to be Distributed at Disney Springs Starting May 24

In celebration of the new film, Guests visiting Star Wars Galactic Outpost, Star Wars Trading Post, or AMC 24 at Disney Springs will receive a “Solo: A Star Wars Story” button beginning May 24 (while supplies last). The buttons are just one part of the “Solo: A Star Wars Story” opening weekend excitement at the Walt Disney World Resort.

On Sunday, May 27, Star Wars: Galactic Nights returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios with a Hollywood-style party held after park hours from 7 p.m.-midnight. Guests will celebrate the entire Star Wars Saga with out-of-this-world entertainment, special photo opportunities, event-exclusive merchandise and food & beverage, and encounters with rarely seen characters that can only be experienced at the event.

One highlight of the May 27 Star Wars: Galactic Nights celebration will be exclusive “Solo: A Star Wars Story”-inspired content – particularly the opportunity to participate in this year’s Stars of the Saga, an entertaining Star Wars-themed talk show with celebrity guest Joonas Suotamo, who plays Chewbacca in the new film.
