Hollywood Studios Update: Getting Closer to the Opening of Toy Story Land (PART 1)
Disney's Hollywood Studios is currently undergoing a massive expansion that will double the size of the park by adding at least five new rides as well as a plethora of new entertainment offerings, restaurants, shops, and more. While we are still more than a month away from the official debut of the first phase of this project (Toy Story Land), we always notice something new as we walk around the park. Let's see what's new by taking a quick tour of Disney's Hollywood Studios!

A new DVC kiosk is taking shape behind these walls (we are being serious):
Rain will linger in our area for almost a week:
According to some reports, some of the pyrotechnic effects used during one of the park's Star Wars-themed shows (possibly Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away) will not be used for a while due to the incident involving the Maleficent float at the Magic Kingdom Park. It appears that the show uses a product also used to create the fire effect featured in the Festival of Fantasy parade float:
