Fairways Golf Course Closing Earlier Starting Today at Disney's Fantasia Gardens

Starting from today (Friday, May 11, 2018), the Fairways course will close at 10 p.m. at Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf. For the past few years, the Fairways course closed to Guests at 10:30 p.m., while the neighboring Gardens side closed at 11 p.m. The Gardens course (the family-friendly side featuring Disney characters, animations, and moving obstacles) will continue to operate until 11 p.m. daily.

This change was deemed necessary due to the fact that some Guests who came to play the Fairways course at 10:30 p.m. would stay on the course past midnight, impacting closing procedures. We talked to some of the Cast Members working at the location and we found out that they are quite happy that the hours changed as this will give them extra time to close down the location in a more timely manner.

Resembling a traditional golf course built on a miniature scale, the Fairways course emphasizes skill over chance. Sand traps, bunkers, water hazards, and sloping greens make the Fantasia Fairways Miniature Golf Course an exciting challenge, where par-3 and par-5 holes range in length from 63 to 109 feet long.
