Universal Parks & Resorts Launch New Skill for Amazon Alexa

Universal Parks & Resorts recently announced that a new "Universal Skill" is now available to Amazon Alexa users. The "Universal Skill" for Alexa can provide information like wait times, show times, park hours, points of interests (restrooms, restaurants, guest services, etc), and more. Alexa users can start taking advantage of this new skill today, for both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.

To enable the skill on Alexa, visit the skills section of your Alexa App or on Amazon.com or simply say, “Alexa, open Universal.” Once enabled, Alexa will be ready to assist. All you have to do is say, “Alexa, open Universal” and you’ll have access.

Having the information at your fingertips with the Official Universal Orlando Resort App is extremely beneficial. But being able to ask the Universal Skill for Amazon Alexa has added another tool for your vacation planning.
