Pirates of the Caribbean Closed for Refurbishment Through March 18

Pirates of the Caribbean will be closed for refurbishment through Sunday, March 18 at the Magic Kingdom Park. When the popular attraction reopens, park Guests will encounter some familiar character playing a variety of new roles. In the re-imagined auction scene, the famous redhead has switched sides, joining the pirates’ cause in pillaging the town’s tavern as the pirates auction off the townspeople’s valuables.

In addition to that, some of the other characters present in the scene will be seen carrying goods to the pirates that are attempting to take over the village.
