PHOTOS: Many Areas of Old Town Continue to Be Reimagined and Expanded
Over the past few years, Old Town's new owners has been working hard to add more attractions and refurbish existing areas in order to attract more Guests and offer a better product. This entertainment, shopping, and dining district is a popular stop for visitors who wish to spend a day (or even just a few hours) away from the major theme parks. Let's take a look around to see what's new.
The new look of Old Town works really well:
The new trees, plants, and fountains are great additions!:
Work continues to be done in the area closest to the main entrance:
The new Froggers Grill & Bar will open soon near the entrance arches:
Multiple speakers now play music throughout the area:
Mandy Harvey will perform at Old Town on March 31:

A new kiosk selling all kinds of nuts is now open along the main street:
Another new kiosk can be found nearby, but it's not open yet:
Remember the old "Magic Shop" that could be found at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure? A very similar store can be found at Old Town:
These former businesses are still vacant:
The back portion of Old Town could still use some help, as it looks quite bare:
A new parking sign now welcomes Guests to the back parking lot of Old Town:
