"Hands-Free Shopping" Service Now Available at Disney Springs

This season, the Walt Disney World Resort is making shopping easy with the new "Hands-Free Shopping" service! Now, Guests may drop-off purchased merchandise at participating locations at Disney Springs and retrieve their items at the end of the day at the Welcome Center (which is located in the Town Center neighborhood). With Hands-Free Shopping, Guests will be able to fully enjoy all that Disney Springs has to offer by providing a more convenient shopping experience.

Guests should follow the steps outlined below to take advantage of this new, complimentary service at Disney Springs:  

1. Guests make a purchase at a participating store at Disney Springs;
2. Cashier tags merchandise with Guest information and hands half of the tag to to the Guest;
3. Guest visits the Welcome Center to pickup items before 11 p.m. using the tag shown below.
