Epcot Update: Guardians of the Galaxy Construction & More (Part 1)
The reimagining of Epcot continues. Even though we are years away from experiencing the new rides and attractions that Disney promised to delight Guests with before Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary (including the Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster, the Ratatouille dark ride, the new Reflections of China movie, and more), Guests visiting the park can already experience some new (albeit minor) offerings like the SpectacuLab, a refreshed exhibit in the Mexico pavilion, and more.
Let's take a look around the park to check out some of these new offerings as well as exisiting attractions:
Topiaries of familiar characters can be found near the entrance of the park:
As previously mentioned, the SpectacuLab is now playing in the area formerly occupied by the Home of the Future:
It's an entertaining show, specially designed for kids:
Some solar panels were removed from the roof of the building that will soon house the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride:
The majority of the work is currently being done behind the existing building:

A new photo spot has been created by the bridge leading to World Showcase:
