Entry Gate of ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Being Relocated

The front entry gate move began Sunday night at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The gates and metal archway will be removed, refurbished, and reinstalled in front of the new touchpoint shelters near the globe. Most of this work will occur during the night; however, at non-event times, work may continue into the day. The steel work is expected to be completed by October 30. The area surrounding the entry gate will be made safe for normal operation during guest hours.
