All You Need to Know About Disney's Wine & Dine Half Marathon
The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend returns to theWalt Disney World Resort on November 2-5 with a series of events leading up to the big race. The nearly sold-out race weekend is expected to draw more than 45,000 runners, spectators, and fans, and it will finish with an exclusive after party at Epcot during the International Food & Wine Festival. This year’s race weekend will be better than ever, as 5K and Half Marathon participants race through Pandora for the first time.
Also new for this year, the 5K has been reimagined as the Disney Fall Feast 5K, and the expo will feature an interactive zone with fun for the whole family.

- November 2 – 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- November 3 – 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- November 4 – 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
runDisney Kids Races (taking place on November 4 at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex):
- Kids dashes: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Diaper Dash: 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- One-mile run: 1:00 p.m.
Disney Fall Feast 5K (Start/Finish: Disney’s Animal Kingdom):
- November 3 – 5:30 a.m.
Disney Wine & Dine 10K (Start: Magic Kingdom Parking Lot | Finish: Epcot):
- November 4 – 5:30 a.m.
Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon (Start: Magic Kingdom Parking Lot | Finish: Epcot):
- November 5 – 5:30 a.m.
Post-Race Party (at Epcot):
- November 5 – 10:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. (Early entry begins at 8:00 p.m.)
- Transportation and Parking -
Transportation has been arranged for participants staying at host resorts. Buses will be indicated by runDisney signs placed in the front windows. Please, note that transportation is only provided to and from host resorts. Guests who do not stay at a host resort are responsible for their own transportation to and from race-related events.
Transportation schedule:
Thursday (Expo):
- Host Resorts to and from EWWS: 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- EWWS to Host Resorts concludes at 8 p.m.
Friday (Expo):
- Host Resorts to and from EWWS: 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- EWWS to Host Resorts concludes at 8 p.m.
Friday (5K):
Host Resorts to/from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park: 3:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (participants must board a bus to Disney’s Animal Kingdom no later than 4:30 a.m. to be on time for race start. Those driving a personal vehicle must park no later than 3:30 a.m.).
Saturday (Expo):
- Host Resorts to and from EWWS: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- EWWS to Host Resorts concludes at 4:30 p.m.
Saturday (10K):
- Host Resorts to start line at Magic Kingdom Parking Lot: 3:30 a.m. – 5 a.m. (race participants must board a bus no later than 4 a.m. to be on time for race start).
- Host Resorts to finish line at Epcot: 6 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Shuttle between start and finish line: 3:30 a.m. – 6 a.m.
- There will be no monorail transportation provided to race weekend events.
- Guests at the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and Shades of Green will be permitted to walk to the start line via the approved walking path.
- Transportation will continue throughout the morning for spectators.
Sunday (Half Marathon):
- Host Resorts to start line at Magic Kingdom Parking Lot: 3 a.m. – 5 a.m. (race participants must board shuttles to Magic Kingdom Parking Lot no later than 4 a.m. to be on time for race start.).
- Host Resorts to finish line at Epcot: 6-11 a.m.
- Shuttle between start and finish line: 3-6:30 a.m.
- There will be no monorail transportation provided to race weekend events.
- Transportation will continue throughout the morning for spectators.
