Walt Disney World Officially Lifts August Annual Pass Blockout Dates

As a surprise and delight moment, the Walt Disney World Resort officially announced that Silver Annual Passes are no longer blocked out August 1-10 and Weekday Select Annual Passes are no longer blocked out August 1-4 and August 7-10. Thanks to this adjustment, all Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will be given the chance to experience The Great Movie Ride and Ellen’s Energy Adventure prior to their scheduled closures on Aug. 13.

Due to this change, Guests will notice that there are no longer any blockout dates in the month of August for Silver Annual Passes and only weekends remain blocked out for Weekday Select Annual Passes.
