The Polite Pig Officially Opening April 10 at Disney Springs

The Polite Pig is firing up the smoker and getting ready to open their doors at Disney Springs. Opening April 10, The Polite Pig will feature “modern barbecue” for lunch and dinner, with Southern sides like a tomato and watermelon salad, mac and cheese and smoked corn with lime butter. This new quick-service restaurant will also introduce an innovative beverage program that will be serving wine, beers, and cocktails on tap, with several signature beers brewed locally at Cask & Larder Brewery.

Located in the Town Center, The Polite Pig is the newest concept for award-winning Orlando Chefs James and Julie Petrakis. The husband-wife team, also owners of popular Central Florida restaurants The Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder, are opening this newest concept with James Petrakis’ brother Brian.
