More Animal Experiences Coming to Animal Kingdom

Over the next several weeks, as part of Disney's ongoing efforts to engage and inspire Guests visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom, many new animal experiences will be tested around the park. While most of these tests will take place prior to park open, some concepts may be available during regular operating hours. In partnership with Natural Encounters, Inc. (NEI) and Disney’s Animals, Science & Environment team, testing will occur in DinoLand, Africa, and Discovery Island. 

During the testing, park Guests may see birds and possibly other small mammals or reptiles outside of their typical locations, but you can rest assured that members of the Natural Encounters and Disney’s Animals, Science & Environment team will be monitoring the animals and their training at all times.
