My Disney Experience Enhancements for Android Users
A redesigned My Disney Experience app is now available to Android users. The app now offers an even faster, more intuitive way for Guests to navigate their way through a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The app opens directly to the park map, with posted attraction wait times. With an easy swipe up on the Guest icon, the app displays the next Resort, dining or FastPass+ reservation, making it easier for Guests to navigate their way to creating even more memories.

How do I sign out of the redesigned My Disney Experience app?
To sign out of the My Disney Experience app, simply swipe up on Character > Select My Account > Sign Out in upper right hand corner.
How do I access My Plans on My Disney Experience 4.0?
To access My Plans, swipe up on your Character to access the Dashboard then scroll down to view My Plans. Here the next available plan will display, whether that is dining, resort or FastPass+. Here you will also find any Cast Member notes added and non-bookable itinerary notes. Within the My Plans section of the Dashboard, select a plan to view more details about that plan, such as modifying or canceling a dining reservation or FastPass+ selection. Select View All Plans to view the full itinerary of all plans.
Does the redesigned My Disney Experience app feature past plans?
Guests are unable to access past plans with this version of the app; however, Guests may still access
past plans on disneyworld.com for up to 14 days.
How do I access wait times?
Wait times will appear immediately upon opening the mobile app in map view. When switching to list view, wait times will list from lowest to longest wait. Experiences that are closed for refurbishment or temporarily closed will appear at the bottom of the list.
How do I refresh my Dashboard?
With the redesigned My Disney Experience mobile app, My Plans will automatically refresh every 15
minutes. This version of the app will also refresh upon leaving the page and returning. When viewing on the All My Plans screen, Guests may pull down to refresh the screen and plans.
Where does the main menu appear in the redesigned app?
The redesigned app has a new Dashboard found through a simple swipe up on the character icon at the bottom of the screen. The home screen includes all functionalities of the previous main menu.
How do I search in the My Disney Experience app?
Upon opening the app, select the magnifying glass in the upper left corner of the screen.
How do I buy tickets on the My Disney Experience app?
From the home screen, scroll down to the Park Info & Entry section, and then select Buy Tickets.
Where do notifications appear in the redesigned app?
The Notifications feature that alerts you of family and friends wishing to connect with your account has been removed. Notifications will pop up now as you click through to the family and friends screen.

This is a new section that highlights other WDPR apps, such as Shop Disney Parks, or experiences.
