Overnight Work to Continue to Take Place on World Drive

To accommodate the expansion of some roads around the Walt Disney World Resort, overnight construction will take place in phases across World Drive, with the final phase scheduled to occur between September 27 and September 28.
On Tuesday, Sept. 27, northbound World Drive from Osceola Parkway to Buena Vista Drive will be closed from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. All traffic will detour via Osceola Parkway west to Buena Vista Drive north to World Drive north.

On September 28, southbound World Drive from Buena Vista Drive to Osceola Parkway will be closed from 1 – 5 a.m. Traffic will detour via Buena Vista Drive to Osceola Parkway east to World Drive south.

The safety of Guests, Cast Members, and those working on this project is critical. For this reason, be sure to always follow signage and directions and take extra caution when traveling through this area.
