Magic Kingdom Update: New Look for Carousel of Progress
In this day and age, it's not surprising to hear Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom Park saying that Tomorrowland looks quite dated, thanks to the contrasting color schemes and themed elements that are not present throughout the entire land.
Fortunately, it looks like the park is about to fix this issue. Indeed, the exterior of the Carousel of Progress just received a great, new color scheme that greatly enhances the look of the building. But there's more going on around the park.

Looks nice, I wonder if the inside got some attention as well.
ReplyDeleteThat logo on the doors of the theatre was the original logo for "The Best Time of Your Life" years of the Carousel of Progress. When GE dropped its sponsorship, that logo was seen in the intro scene.
ReplyDeleteIt should be noted that the original logo had the arrows pointing in the same direction as the theatre turns (counter-clockwise), whereas the one's just painted on the doors point clockwise.
Didn't notice until you mentioned that about the arrows. Good catch!
